We believe in complete transparency. Our refund and cancellation terms are as follows:

| Advance Paid — Before Work Starts | If cancelled before materials are ordered or work commences, 80% of the advance is refunded within 7 working days. |
| After Materials Ordered / Work Begun | Once materials are procured and/or installation has started, the advance is non-refundable as project costs have been incurred. |
| Defective Workmanship | Any defect arising from our workmanship (excluding client-caused damage) will be rectified free of charge within the warranty period. |
Refund Processing Time: All eligible refunds are processed within 7–14 working days via NEFT / UPI / Cheque to the original payer.
🔨 7. Warranty
All UPVC and Aluminium interior work carried out by DM UPVC & Aluminium Interiors is backed by a workmanship warranty. The specific warranty period and terms are discussed, agreed upon, and documented in writing at the time of project signing.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions. It does not cover damage arising from misuse, accidents, external factors, or modifications made by third parties.

This Privacy and Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
